How much do you pay for a hotel in Chicago?

Chicago has been the most expensive place in the country to live, according to the latest data released by real estate firm CBRE.

In Chicago, that includes a hotel room for $1,062 per night, according for a four-bedroom, three-bathroom hotel.

That’s a whopping 39% hike from last year.

The city’s most expensive lodging price in 2018 was a $1.8 million home in Lakeview, a three-bedroom townhouse with a spa for $2,500 per night.

The next-most expensive hotel in the city is a three story home in Lincoln Park for $3,400 per night in the same location.

The price increases for hotels in other areas have also been steep, especially the ones in the suburbs.

Chicago’s priciest hotel is in Logan Square, a four story house in the suburb of Lakeview with a $2.5 million price tag.

The average price in the Logan Square area was $1 million, according CBRE data.

The other priciest hotels are in Oak Lawn, the city’s pricier and least expensive suburb for a two-bedroom home.

The home was listed for $4.3 million in February, and the average price was $3.1 million.

The median price in Chicago for a three bedroom was $845,000 in January 2018.

The second-highest price was in Lincoln Square for a $895,000 two-bed home.
