Why you should book an Airbnb stay now

Hotels are being flooded with new listings, and that’s putting a strain on existing listings.

A new survey conducted by real estate firm Zillow found that hotel occupancy has fallen by over a third over the past year.

More than 5,500 properties are no longer available for rental.

In the same period last year, there were over 6,500 listings.

Zillower says that’s an increase of more than 4,000 listings per month, which is more than the 4,600 listings per day they reported in April.

The company is now warning that Airbnb will be able to boost the number of listings they’re seeing, but that they’ll also be able slow it down by limiting the amount of rooms available for booking.

Ziller also reported that more than one in five Airbnb hosts have experienced an Airbnb dispute with a guest or guest.

They also said that Airbnb was experiencing “an increase in the number and severity of Airbnb disputes,” which was a result of the increased listings being flooded by new listings.

What’s happening with the hotel industry?

According to Zillows research, hotel occupancy rates have dropped by almost half since 2010, and this is likely due to the housing crisis and a lack of hotels.

This is also likely the result of Airbnb being able to attract more hosts and more guests.

A large percentage of Airbnb guests are from outside of the US, and Zillowing found that the majority of hosts in the US are from Europe and Asia.

Airbnb has also increased the number or types of listings that it allows, and it seems to be paying attention to those changes.

According to the company, they’re now adding listings for “large or medium-sized” properties, and adding additional properties to the marketplace.

However, many hotels are already experiencing a “surge” in listings as more people move into the market.

The average listing on Zillovestar is now over 3,500, and listings are already being updated frequently.

The survey also revealed that the number one reason people are leaving hotels is for the increased cost of living.

The majority of guests are also staying at hostels, which are often cheaper than hotels, but with a much lower quality of service.
